Welcome to Raven’s River Rest & Ener-Chi Holistic Healing ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") cover our website, services, digital products, and coaching or breathwork sessions — together, the "Services".
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
You agree to use our Services lawfully, and not to disrupt our sessions, our website, or other participants.
2. Nature of Services
Coaching, 9D Breathwork, and holistic healing practices are wellness and educational in nature. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical or mental health concerns.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
All bookings and payments must be made through approved platforms — for example Systeme.io, Stan Store, or Stripe.
- Coaching programs: non-refundable once sessions begin.
- Workshops and events: cancellations 7 or more days before the event may receive a credit toward future programs, at our discretion.
- Missed sessions: no refunds, but rescheduling may be possible with 48 or more hours’ notice.
4. Digital Products and Courses
All digital products are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning only.
5. Client Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
If you feel discomfort during breathwork, pause and seek support.
6. Intellectual Property
All content — text, graphics, videos, audio — is our intellectual property unless otherwise credited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell it without permission.
7. Privacy
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, our Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in British Columbia courts.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
